Spring River Mental Health & Wellness, Inc. (SRMHW) is pleased to offer same day access for mental health and substance use services.
What is Same Day Access?
SRMHW is committed to providing quality and timely care and services to our community. We are excited to offer walk in appointments for initial assessments, which will decrease the wait time to access mental health and substance use treatment services. The assessment will determine your need for mental health or substance use services.
To receive a mental health assessment, you must be present at one of the following times:
Monday 2:30 pm-3:30 pm
Tuesday 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Wednesday 9:30 am-10:30 am
Thursday 9:30 am-12:30 pm
Friday 9:30 am to 10:30 am
To receive a substance use disorder assessment, you must be present at one of the following times:
Tuesday 9:30 am-10:30 am
Wednesday 1:30 pm-2:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am-9:30 am
Individuals interested in receiving mental health or substance use treatment services can access a service eligibility assessment on a walk-in basis. No appointment is necessary and during this assessment it will be determined if you meet criteria for mental health or substance use services.

Insurance card, including Medicaid & Medicare if applicable.

If you do not have insurance, please bring proof of your current income, including income of any spouse.

Proof of income includes pay stubs and benefit statements.

A list of your current medications.

Check in at the front reception desk and let the receptionist know you are here for an intake for mental health or substance use treatment.
Expect the appointment to take between two to three hours.
